DISPATCH DETAILS

• Orders placed before 10:00 am will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
• *Please Note - During busy times or holiday periods, the dispatch time can be 3-4 working days*
• Any parcels which miss our pick up time will be dispatched within the next working day.
• We dispatch parcels Monday – Friday (working days).

• Only for 4 miles from our store in Bath (Upper Weston, Bear Flat, Odd Down, Twerton, Lower Weston, Southdown and Walcot are included)
• Order before 4pm for next working day delivery 
• This delivery option will show if you are eligible 
• If it doesn't, any postal options paid will be refunded if you're eligible for our local delivery service!

We aim to deliver between 4pm and 6pm, but potentially later dependent on volume of orders received. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International shipping is available but our current rates are not as low as we would like them! We are constantly trying to lower all of our prices to best fit you the customer.

Bank Holiday

• Please allow delays on bank holiday as our courier does not operate on these days. We still try our very best to get your parcels to you as soon as we can.
