Delivery Infomation

Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Fridays, as well as any orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays, will be processed and dispatched on Monday, as we dispatch parcels Monday to Friday on working days only.

Any parcels that miss our pickup time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that during busy periods or holidays, dispatch times may extend to 3–4 working days.

Home & Local Deliveries

Local delivery is available within a 4-mile radius of our Bath store, including Upper Weston, Bear Flat, Odd Down, Twerton, Lower Weston, Southdown, and Walcot.

Order before 4:00 pm for same-day delivery.

This option will appear at checkout if you’re eligible; if it doesn’t and you qualify for local delivery, any postage paid will be refunded.

We aim to deliver between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, though delivery may be later depending on order volume.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service

0 - 2kg = £3.95

2 - 10kg = £7.95

10 - 30kg = £11.95

Bank Holiday

Please note that delays may occur over bank holidays, as our courier does not operate on these days. We will, however, do our best to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible.

International Postage/Shipping

International shipping is available; however, our current rates are higher than we’d like. We’re continually working to reduce these costs so we can offer the best possible pricing for our customers.

Christmas Holiday Postage 2026

To receive your order before Christmas in 2026, please place it by 6:00 pm on Friday, 18th December. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, and although they will be sent via Tracked 48, delivery times may be extended due to the Christmas holidays.
