General & Event Hire

How do I book your sweet stall for an event?

Getting us booked is easy! Just reach out via email: royalsweetmix@hotmail.com with your event date, location, estimated number of guests, and which treats you'd like (e.g. Pick & Mix, slushies, hot chocolate). We’ll get back to you with availability. We offer flexible booking models for event organizers, operating on either a standard pitch fee or a commission split.

What types of events do you cover?

We cater for almost anything! From private parties, weddings, and birthdays to school fairs, village fetes, community markets, and corporate family days and large scale festivals and race days.

Setup & Technical Requirements

How much space do you need for your setup?

Our standard setup requires a 6m x 3m space, but we also offer a compact 3m x 3m layout for tighter venues. We are completely self-sufficient and fully equipped to operate both indoors and outdoors with our own professional gazebos and tables.

Do you require electricity or power at the venue?

If you're booking our Slushie Machine or Luxury Hot Chocolate Station, we will need access to 1–2 standard electrical sockets. For our Pick & Mix and candy stalls, no power is needed at all!

No power on-site? No problem—just let us know in advance and we can bring our own generator.

Dietary & Safety

Do you cater to dietary requirements and allergies?

Yes! We stock a wide range of Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free and Dairy Free. All our treats are clearly labeled, and our team is fully trained in Food Allergies & Intolerances to help advise your guests safely.

Are you fully insured and certified?

Absolutely. We hold a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating, full Public Liability Insurance (up to £5 Million), valid Risk Assessments, DBS Certificate and all relevant hygiene certifications required by venues and local councils. We are happy to send our document pack over to your venue coordinator upon request.
